Julie Morris, VentureWeb’s HR department, is a trained educator-turned-HR-professional with a passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve extraordinary results. After a 4 year teaching career, with time spent in New Zealand and Chile, and 5 years in Human Resources at Whistler Blackcomb, Julie made Squamish her home and set up her own consulting business – VentureHR.

Julie’s role at VentureWeb is to ensure the top talent in the Web world is recruited... and then never leaves. In fact, the VentureWeb roster includes designers and developers from 3 different continents! From performance reviews to recognition, Julie helps James ensure VentureWeb is an outstanding place to work.

In addition to Human Resources, Julie is passionate about running, biking, skiing and raising the wee Morris boys. Julie admits that, while winter is great and the powder she skied this season was amazing, she's really all about sunshine and summertime at the lakes.
