All You Can Eat Drupal coming soon!
Rather than snacking on Drupal at various DrupalCamps throughout the year, the Pacific North West Drupallers have decided to lay on a veritable open source feast in the form of the annual PNW Drupal Summit.
Here happy campers can gorge themselves through 4 tasty Drupal tracks:
- Development,
- Site Architecture & Administration,
- Design & Themeing, and
- Business & Project Management.
In addition there'll be BOF sessions and workshops to boot. It's all there and you can have as much as you want over 2 full days. Remember to wear your pants with the elastic waistband!
This year it's Vancouver's turn to have everyone over to their place; UBC in Robson Square is the venue with a pre-party likely happening somewhere too. Happening on Oct. 2nd and 3rd, it's only 50 bones for both days and if last years summit in Seattle is anything to go by, it will provide great opportunities for networking, job-seeking and talent hiring, and of course all things Drupal. Most of the sessions are geared towards people who use Drupal (as in Developers & Themers, Project Managers, Power Users & Business Owners/Managers) rather than those 100% new to Drupal, however don't be intimidated - if you've used Drupal a bit and want to learn more, then come along. You will get something out of it!
