How Google Adsense Killed the Internet
My patience hit it's last straw yesterday afternoon, and I've decided to stake a claim in my belief that Google Adsense has killed the internet. Ruined it. It's nothing but cyber junk on the web these days. Anytime you're searching for something useful, the sites you come across end up being useless duplicate content sites packed with Adsense ads, in some webmasters pathetic attempt to earn a buck. Yesterday I was trying to find University directory sites, and all I came across was useless Adsense sites. What the hell is this one, that's almost useful, but so full of Adsense that you can barely find the content. There was plenty more examples, but I wasted enough time yesterday that I'll have to leave you to find the rest. But com'on. Wouldn't it be nice if these sites didn't exist? And all the affiliate sites out there that just get in the way of you ever finding the real site with the full product range? Ya OK, and there's my Friday morning web rant...
