Integrating Flickr and SlideShow Pro
At VentureWeb we're kind of obsessed with Flickr. It's such a good way to get your photos more exposure while saving on bandwidth, and with the right integration can be displayed seamlessly on websites. My favourite integration is probably Olly's modified Drupal module that we used on Doglotion.com's flickr gallery, which automatically pulls in all new photo sets and displays them with lightbox. But some clients still prefer the Slideshow Pro integration, such as Backcountry Snowcats or Whistler Snowmobile. We used to enjoy Brian Sweeting's FlickrSSP for that but he seems to be lost on a boat or something. So alas after some searching we came across Fetchr4SSP. Thought I'd share the link as it doesn't seem as prominent as I'd have expected. We'll dig into it today for an upcoming site launch, and Dan can tune in to let us know how it goes.
