Sales Call Tracking with Google Analytics
Just read on the Google Analytics blog about 2 really cool tracking software options, Live Person and Mongoose Metrics. Mongoose has integrated unique phone # tracking with Google Analytics, allowing you to see how your site phone call conversions are going, both in quantity and duration! Pretty slick. Live Person enables tracking of live chats, which is pretty cool as well. Think I might have to experiment with Mongoose on my next project.
