Telluride Colorado now on Trip Advisor Homepage
Trip Advisor is hands down the premier peer to peer travel review site on the net. The 800lb gorilla of ratings and reviews on just about every travel destination on the planet. So after some initial discussions about integrating their API into our own Drupal module (more on that soon) we started talking about DMO opportunities. We were delighted to figure out an arrangement where Telluride Colorado www.visittelluride.com was promoted to the www.TripAdvisor.com home page as a Spotlight destination. I have to say the folks at Trip Advisor have been fantastic to deal with and we're very grateful for the opportunity to partner with them on this initiative.
I think the lesson here is that even the internet giants (like everyone) are all looking for opportunities that make sense.
So the end result is Telluride is receiving wider acclaim on one of the Internets top travel sites. Nice.
