A leading-edge company, with simple and highly functional designs that brand loyalists have always been able to count on, G3 was looking to shift their web presence into high gear. They wanted a site that encapsulated the brand ethos, educated visitors about their products, and enabled users from multiple countries in multiple languages to review, compare, and then ultimately purchase G3 products.

We took an expansive approach to the project, aiming for an exciting new solution that fused product, story, and conversion. The site design aims to captivate by featuring Jordan Manley’s inspiring images mixed with the product line up. Users are able to easily access detailed product information, with the gear finder, comparison and filter tools directing the user to the best equipment for their interest and ability.

G3’s e-commerce targets were aggressive. We invested considerable brain power into the development of a multi-region e-commerce platform. We updated their existing Shopify stores to ensure seamless integration with the Drupal CMS platform. The Shopify API was heavily leveraged to provide rich product pages that go well beyond what the core Shopify platform provides. We also updated regional detection functionality so that users are directed to the appropriate store; ensured that the site presents in five language options; and built synchronization tools so that content updated in the CMS is reflected on the e-commerce platforms.
